Referral Tracking Management

Carevium Referral Tracking Management software module helps marketing and sales staff to keep track of referrals and sales leads. Senior living communities and home care service providers spend significant amount of money and time to identify, follow-up and convert prospects.

Carevium includes two modules:

(1) Prospects / Referral tracking and management, and

(2) Marketing contacts and outreach management.

When a referral is received by the sales / admission staff, the information can be recorded in the Carevium CRM module for further follow-up. Referral source information also is collected and maintained along with the lead data.

All follow-up activities can be logged and maintained. These activities can be viewed in a list form or calendar form. Sales stage is also assigned as the prospect moves through the conversion process.

Carevium provides easy to understand graphical reports. Some of the sales and marketing reports include:

  • Leads by Source Group
  • Leads by Referral Group
  • Referrals by Referrer Name / Organization
  • Prospects by Sales Stage
  • Leads Analysis

Prospects can be managed at each location / community level or at the corporate group level.

If more than one sales staff is involved in a location, leads can be assigned to the sales staff for restricted viewing, follow-up and reporting.

Please note that the terms Leads, Referrals and Prospects are used in an interchanged fashion.
