Intuit QuickBooks Integration
Carevium private duty, non-medical homecare software includes QuickBooks integration for automatic posting of client data, billing / invoices and payments.
Since most small and medium size home care businesses use Intuit QuickBooks as their preferred accounting and accounts receivable software system, Carevium enables data exchange between the two systems.
This saves a lot of manual efforts by the accounting and billing staff in home care agencies and franchisees.
When a client is setup in the Carevium system, a customer record will be created automatically in the QuickBooks database.
Invoices generated in the Carevium system also get posted to the QuickBooks system automatically. When payments are processed or entered manually in Carevium, the payment data also gets updated in the QuickBooks system. Hence both the systems will be always in sync.
