Prospects and Referral Tracking
Carevium Care Management application platform includes a simple, easy to use Lead Management and Referral Tracking (CRM) module to track and manage your prospects, and referrals from various online and offline sources. Carevium also includes an elder care Marketing Contacts, Tasks, Notes, and Activities Management module.
Lead follow-up activities such as prospect visits, facility tours, telephone calls, and conversations can be logged, tracked and managed using the built-in prospect management module.
When the marketing / sales staff log-in to the Carevium application, the system will indicate the pending lead follow-up activities for quick action.
Real time metric reports in easy to understand graphical format are included in the application in order to keep track of lead stages and referral conversion data.
The lead tracking and management module is available as part of the Carevium Mobile App for use on mobile tablets, in addition to the PC browser based web application.

Also, you may use our full-blown LeadPro 24/7, a cloud based lead capture, aggregation, referral tracking, and lead management software or any third party software such as You’ve Got Leads, Salesforce.com, Zoho CRM, SugarCRM, etc.
Or you may use your own in-house marketing and lead management systems. With optional, custom interfaces, leads can be directly imported into Carevium Assisted Living Resident Care Management system from these in-house or third party CRM systems and manual re-entry of prospective resident (leads) information can be avoided.
